The Human Resources Association of the Twin Tiers (HRATT) is an organization for human resource professionals from the private and public sectors who are charged with dealing daily in the matters of human capital, wage and salary administration, employee and labor relations and other aspects of human resource management.
HRATT is a well-established local chapter of SHRM since 1983. We proudly serve the Twin Tiers encompassing the counties of Chemung, Steuben and Schuyler in New York, and Bradford and Tioga counties in Pennsylvania.
HRATT is proud to have been have been awarded many honors and certifications, including being a SHRM Foundation Chapter Champion, a champion of the 2018 SHRM Learning System, and a 2019 SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP Recertification Provider.
Human Resource Association of the Twin Tiers is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
